The sun never reached the Midnight Trench, which was exactly how Angler liked it. He drifted in the freezing blackness, his Obsidian Black spikes invisible against the crushing pressure of the deep. Suddenly, a flicker of light from above—a SeaWing patrol, their bioluminescence flashing "REPORTS? STATUS?" in rhythmic pulses. Angler felt a snarl ripple through his Deep Navy scales. Beetle-brained land-dwellers, he thought, his four transparent blue wings buzzing silently to keep him level. One soldier drifted too close to his ledge. Angler didn't move a muscle, but he let his own Ice-Blue glow-scales pulse once—a cold, jagged warning. The SeaWing froze, eyes widening at the sight of a dragon with four wings and lethal black spines where a fin should be. Before the soldier could cry out, Angler snapped his lights off. He vanished into the silt, a ghost of a hybrid who belonged to no kingdom, leaving the patrol to shiver in a darkness they would never understand.

Opalite is my favourite Oc. While Gill was on an exploration leading the war, Coral had an affair with king canyon. She was Careless so she ended up with a hybrid egg. When Gill found out he was furious. During the age or orca's assassin statue, Opalite's and Her Unborn Sisters Egg Were targeted, While the statue was focused on killing the other egg, Opalites egg was swept away by the current and ended up on the ruins of the summer palace where she hatched and grew up alone. Now she is a student at Jade Mountain Academy and lives there in her winglet the Saffire Winglet.
